1. What CMS's are covered?
Soul QA Plus only touches in Wordpress CMS aside from that, our technical team may request an early access to the client’s CMS (if not WordPress) and will provide a consensus if the CMS used fits with their expertise to actually deliver service request in a timely manner. Soul QA Plus is willing to file non-disclosure agreement prior to the access of any resource-related documents, online frameworks and etc., our technical team deems necessary to be reviewed before subscription.
2. Can I have multiple sites with a single plan?
Unfortunately, if you plan to enroll multiple websites under our service, all are needed to undergo separate onboarding process and subscription plans however, we do allow to have one credit card enrolled for all subscriptions.
3. Will unused hours in a month be carried to the next month?
No, the allotted service requests per month are fixed, suppose that you did not make a request in a given month, next month’s number of service request and agreed hours will remain as is. We highly encourage our clients to engage in minor service request to make the best out of their subscription. We will email you occasionally regarding service request.
4. Is my data safe?
We understand the severity of data compromise nowadays that’s why we advise our clients to hand-off their credentials, link access, and other necessary resources to the proper contact person of Soul QA Plus which should be mentioned in an email. However, we do agree that is not enough, here in Soul QA Plus, we maintain all the resources you’ve given us such as hosting link access, credentials, and other documents offline, we do plan to have a dedicated portal for our sales, clients and technical team sometime soon so the idea of having a remote database is in the works. Rest assured we will notify you when we take your profile records online.
5. Do you have any contracts or cancellation fees?
Yes we do, here is the link for our terms and conditions, but if you want a brief gist of it here’s what we can say, if you have enrolled your website as an annual subscription, cancelation on the first six months will merit a 50% fee from their tied-in annual subscription, the next six months shall merit them 25%.
6. What is covered by your website maintenance plans?

7. What if the changes/upgrade i require is not listed under your website maintenance service list?
There’s nothing wrong to reach out and ask us, web maintenance is such a large scope and no one will always be able to identify what every website needs. Converse with our support team during business hours, and we can give you a response with what would be the right services and subscription plan for your website as soon as possible.
8. What if my website requires moderate programming changes as well?
We will be glad to make any changes as required for your website however it is not covered in the scope of maintenance plans. So we will submit customized quote based on the changes required. All changes will be handled as a separate project. Aside from that, we take this up to our technical team to consider if the changes are something they can perform in an appropriate time as well as, deliver in a refined and well-constructed web programming.
9. Will you work on my site, even if it was created by someone else?
Of course, that’s the idea of our web maintenance, we pride ourselves to adapt in anything we get our hands on. We however would need at least 1-day access to acclimate ourselves with how your website is built from front-end to back-end architecture.

Yes, our service is an annual billing policy so in order to avail our services both the client and ourselves will work together under a contract.

All of the files are uploaded in your server, and subscribing to our maintenance service would mean that you are permitting us to have a copy of those files. This is necessary since if we are to make changes we will apply them directly on the files however, suppose that you have a CMS like Wordpress, Drupal, and etc. Our changes would then be applied there given that
14. Shouldn’t my hosting company do maintenance?
They technically do maintenance however, they only concern themselves with the server-side of things. Majority of hosting companies observes maintenance if your website server is up, traffic serving is good and, if their clients can access the hosting dashboard. They don’t really involved themselves with how your website is performing such as; button and link functionalities, website layout across viewports, error pages, volume of site visitors, and so much more. We’d be more than happy to have talked with you about this, give us a call.

Payment Methods:
Monthly/Annual Website Maintenance fees require a credit card and/or a verified Paypal account for payment only.
All other services, not included in the monthly/annual website maintenance plan, will be paid using the credit card and/or verified Paypal account on file after the request has been fulfilled.
All Website maintenance fees will be charged (prepaid) to the client’s credit card/Paypal on file on the 5th day of every month (monthly agreement) or at the start of the client's 12-month cycle (annual agreement).
All Website maintenance fees will be prorated for new clients that sign up in the middle of a given month.
An invoice will be sent upon client’s request.
The termination of the annual agreement by the client (Early Termination Fee).
Clients may terminate this agreement at any time with thirty (30) days written notice, additional fees may apply for early termination.
A fee of 50% of the total annual website maintenance plan will be charged to the client’s account for terminating this agreement between the 1st and the 6th month of the agreement term.
Actual Computation: ((Monthly Plan Fee - $10 discount) * 12) * 0.5 = ETF
A fee of 25% of the total annual website maintenance plan will be charged to the clients account for terminating this agreement between the 6th and the 12th month of the agreement term.
Actual Computation: ((Monthly Plan Fee - $10 discount) * 12) * 0.25 = ETF
After the first 12 months, the client may terminate this agreement without paying any early termination fee with thirty (30) days notice sent via email.
Soul QA Plus may terminate this agreement at anytime with an email notice sent to the client.
A late payment fee of $25 will be charged to the client for any late payments or declined credit card charges.
There are no refunds for any fees related to website maintenance services. Unless, it is an error on Soul QA Plus’ end. (e.g. double billed, incorrect charge, etc.)
The client is responsible for providing all text (digital format) and images/photos when adding a new text and/or content to a page.
Minor updates are limited to 5 incidents per week depending on availability. More minor updates may be able to be completed each week depending on the Soul QA Plus project schedule. The client can contact our customer service, via email or chat, to find out if more minor updates may be allowed in a given week. (See Monthly Maintenance Minor Update Listing)
There is no roll-over for any website maintenance plan.
Urgent and/or time-sensitive updates, changes, or edits will be completed within 24 hours. A fee of $45 will be charged if updates and/or changes or edits are required to be completed on Saturday or Sunday.
Deadlines & Deliverables:
Soul QA Plus will respond to all website maintenance requests from the client, via email or chat, with a confirmation that the request was received. Estimated turnaround time for each action item will be given. Maintenance requests received after 5:00 PM PST will not be completed until the next business day unless prior arrangements have been made. Soul QA Plus will adhere to all quoted deadlines for the deliverables in the maintenance requests at all possible costs. In the event that Soul QA Plus has any issues in delivering on a quoted deadline, the client will be notified via email the reasoning for any change.
Authorization:
The client hereby authorises Soul QA Plus to full access with “write permissions” to their web hosting account. If the client has an intermediary personnel administering the hosting server, credentials, and FTP push and pull request, Soul QA Plus will not be responsible for any delays nor merit any damage the client will incur due to the sudden unavailability of the person who applies website changes at their end.
Non-Disclosure Agreement:
The Client may access and use technology, data and services and may permit others to access and use the technology, data and services only as permitted during the length/terms of this agreement. Except as expressly permitted by this Agreement, Vendor shall not permit any third party to:
(i) modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works of, or otherwise attempt to derive any source code or data related to the engagement;
(ii) alter or copy, or permit any person or entity to alter or copy any Software or Services, any components thereof, or any data resources used;
(iii) intentionally interfere with, disrupt, interrupt, restrict, prevent, or disable access to or use of any Software or Services, any components thereof, or any data resources used; or (iv) distribute, resell, assign, transfer, lease, rent, license, sublicense, disclose, or encumber any Software or Services, any components thereof, or any data resources used during this agreement.
Legal:
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California applicable therein. Interruption of Service: Either party shall be excused from any delay or failure in performance required hereunder if caused by reason of any occurrence or contingency beyond its reasonable control, including, but not limited to, acts of God, acts of war, fire, insurrections, laws proclamations, edits, ordinances or regulations, strikes, lock-outs or other series labor disputes, riots, earthquakes, floods, explosions or other acts of nature. The obligations and rights of the party so excused shall be extended on a day-to-day basis for the time period equal to the period of such excusable interruption. When such events have abated, the parties’ respective obligations hereunder shall resume. In the event the interruption of excused party’s obligations continues for a period in excess of thirty (30) days, either party shall have the right to terminate this agreement upon ten (10) days’ prior written notice to the other party.
